Technical Director to present at the Ohio North Special Topics Series
December 12, 2006 - Mike Cullina will present a classroom discussion Developing a Successful Soccer Program.

From the Ohio North Youth Soccer website....
This classroom discussion is presented by Mike Cullina, the Technical Director for Classics Hammer FC in Cincinnati and former Nebraska Youth Soccer DOC. Defining success - National Championships, State Cup Titles, Major Tournament Victories, League Wins, National Team Players, High School/College Players, Membership Numbers, Player Retention - for your organization is the first step in achieving it.  Most “successful” soccer organizations have three levels: Recreation, Travel and Premier.  How are those levels integrated? How is development structured at each level? How are coaches trained? Who plans the schedules? Who makes decisions about the movement of players? Coach Cullina will discuss these and many more aspects of successful club building.
