Classics Hammer Mission Statement
The mission of the Classics Hammer FC is to develop soccer players to their fullest potential, and through the game to help each player to grow as a person and an individual. The Classics Hammer FC will nurture a lifelong passion for the game.

Principles and Values
In accordance with our mission, the Classics Hammer FC pledges to uphold the following principles and values.

    1. The Classics Hammer FC pledges to govern all decisions, including player placement and curriculum, by what is best for the individual player and his or her development.

    2. The Club will provide a physically and psychologically safe training and playing environment.

    3. The Classics Hammer FC will be recognized for the good sportsmanship and positive behavior of each player, coach, and parent.

    4. Classics Hammer FC players and coaches will strive for excellence in all we do.

    5. Our Club will promote the development of academic standards and good citizenship.

    6. Classics Hammer FC will provide a 100% paid and professional coaching staff. Our Club will not utilize any parent coaches.

    7. The Club will support the continued education and development of its coaching staff through financial and scheduling support.

    8. The Club will encourage and support participation in State and Regional ODP teams.

Goals
In order to accomplish our mission, and in accordance with our principles and values, the Classics Hammer FC sets forth the following goals.

    1. The Club will support up to three teams at the 8 v 8 age groups and up to 2 teams in the 11 v 11 age groups.

    2. The Club endeavors to keep all committed players within the program.

    3. While placing player development above winning, the expectation is that our Premier Level teams will be competitive in the most competitive competitions, including State Cup and beyond.

    4. The Club's goal is to have every player in the club successfully participate in high school soccer.

    5. The Club's goal is that the majority of its premier level U18 athletes receive college scholarship placement in some form to play college soccer.
